It extends over 3 floors and the furnishings with lots of wood create a homely, warm feeling. Get together in the spacious dining room or in the recreation room with TV, for a cosy evening. Voordelen van dit huis: goede locatie, grote slaapkamers (de meesten met wastafel), vernieuwd sanitair. (al zijn er niet de 4 beloofde badkamers, maar 2 badkamers en 2 losse douches en 2 losse wc's), leuk tuintje met terras en tuinmeubilair. De woonkamer is een knusse stube met vele tafeltjes en bankjes, er zijn voldoende handdoeken aanwezig, het huis was schoon. Er is een wasmachine. De kinderen genoten van de vele hoekjes en kamers. Nadelen: De keuken is sterk verouderd en klein. De oven was kapot en er is te weinig verlichting. De eetkamer is niet geschikt om met 20 personen te eten. De bedden zijn niet alle goed. Sommige zijn doorgezakt. Er zijn niet echt banken of stoelen om lang op te zitten. De woonkamer is erg vol. Er zijn erg veel regeltjes in dit huis. Die Küche und der Esstisch ist am bequemsten für bis zu 15 Erwachsene ist unsere Erfahrung aber, nicht 20\. Die Schlafzimmer, Bäder und Toiletten sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Haus hat auch eine gemütliche österreichische Atmosphäre. Wir konnten jeden Tag bequem zu Fuß zu den Skiliften gehen oder mit dem Auto in ein anderes Skigebiet fahren. Außerdem war der Kontakt mit Maria sehr angenehm. Ein Vorteil ist, dass das Haus in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle und auch in der Nähe der Aufzüge liegt. So wie es aussieht, handelt es sich um ein ehemaliges Hotel, das man wohl wegen des Fehlens eines eigenen Badezimmers in jedem Zimmer als Ganzes für große Gruppen vermietet hat. Ein wunderschönes Haus! Im Erdgeschoss die Wohnräume mit einem Esszimmer für ± 14 Personen und (wir waren mit 11 2 kleinen Kindern) aber auch genügend (typisch österreichische) Sitzgelegenheiten, um auch in Gruppen zusammenzusitzen, auf den beiden Etagen die 10 schönen großen Schlafzimmer mit schönen Betten, davon 8 mit Waschbecken. Handtücher und Küchenwäsche sind reichlich vorhanden. Eine große Küche mit 2 großen Kühlschränken und genügend Besteck, Tassen, Becher, Gläser, Töpfe und große Pfannen, um für eine große Gruppe zu kochen. Durch die Lage auf einer Wiese hat man von den meisten Zimmern und vom Garten aus einen freien Blick. Der Supermarkt ist 600 Meter entfernt.
