The Panorama Apartment 3 is a new and modern holiday home located on the south shore of the lake Zell am See. From the hugh balcony you will enjoy a panorama view around the lake, the “Steinernes Meer” and the Kitzsteinhorn.



The light flooded living area is ideal to spend some nice vacation time together with family and friends. Relax on the comfortable sleep sofa or enjoy your home cooked meal prepard in the fully equipped kitchen. With the smart tv you also won`t miss out your favourite TV series.

The hugh balcony with its great views over the lake or the Kitzsteinhorn invites you to linger and to rest a moment.



All 3 bedrooms come with a modern and comfy box spring double bed and a spacious wardrobe.  Your values can be stored in the safe. The bathroom features a walk in glass shower, free soap and shampoo, hair dryer and lots of space for all your products.

Great property in great location. Small improvements would make big difference.

Property was bright, spacious, clean and well equipped. Good location with great views over very scenic lake and mountains and close to Zell am See, restaurants and with short drive to main outdoor sights and attractions. Following small improvements would make a big difference: working bin in the kitchen area, more and better pillows and a softer bigger couch

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich schön und sehr geräumig. Sie sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und ist gut ausgestattet. Zum „Zentrum“ von Zell läuft man zu Fuß etwa 10-15 Minuten, der Weg führt aber direkt am See entlang. Auch die Supermärkte sind nicht direkt um die Ecke, mit dem Auto aber schnell zu erreichen. Kommunikation und Check-in sowie -out verliefen perfekt.

Amazing apartment close to skiing and town

This 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our Christmas holiday. The building is very new and the finishes were great. I was initially concerned about it only being one bathroom but because the shower room is separate from the toilet room it worked great. I really only have one suggestion and that is to add a washer and dryer because there weren't really any good laundry options close by. The property manager was extremely responsive and communicated very well. I received email confirmations as well as check in instructions well in advance.I would highly recommend staying here.

Alles sehr hochwertig, neuwertig und angenehm ausgestattet. Sehr gute Lage, ruhig (zumindest im Winter, wenn der Sportplatz nicht in Betrieb ist) und mit schönen Aussichten. Der gesamte Ablauf war einwandfrei und sehr gut organisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
