Kura Botanica is situated at the heart of Curaçao with walking distance to many cultural places. Room was beautiful overlooking 2 restaurants with scenic views. Definitely recommend!

Property was clean, the room was decent and staff was friendly. My only dislike was the construction going on at the aquarium next door, the machines were a little obnoxious. The resort was mostly empty. So i think even though i booked via expedia( i’ve realized booking via expedia my rooms are always at the end of the hallway/building), our room could've been away from construction noise. The pool was nice and so was the hot tub. Breakfast was decent at the resort restaurant, portions were on the smaller side. The beach on the property was small, the water was beautiful and so were the views. Overall i’d give the property a 3.5/5. I would stay again if I was with a bigger group.

Our stay at Zoëtry was incredibly disappointing, especially considering the amount of money we spent. The rooms were disgusting and fell far below what I would expect from a property presenting itself as a luxury resort. The service was also extremely inconsistent, which made the entire experience even more frustrating. The biggest issue was that the overall quality simply did not match the price or the promises of a luxury experience. We were so unhappy that we actually spent additional money to leave early rather than continue our stay. That alone says everything about how terrible the experience was. In my opinion, Zoëtry is not a luxury resort by any means. Between the condition of the rooms, inconsistent service, and overall lack of quality, I would not recommend staying here. For the money, there are much better options that actually deliver the level of experience guests are paying for.

This was the worst all-inclusive resort experience we have ever had. Our Sun Club room was unacceptable upon arrival: hair and urine stains in the bathroom, dirty countertops and furniture, nail clippings, a dusty headboard, stained lamps, a dirty mini-fridge and ice bucket, used coffee cups, garbage under the bed, mold in the bathroom, and AC/water damage. We reported these issues and were promised a deep cleaning, but several problems remained. We ultimately sanitized the room ourselves. Housekeeping continued to be inconsistent, with missing towels and an unstocked mini-fridge. Throughout the resort, trash and dirty dishes were left unattended. Food frequently ran out, quality was poor, and we observed concerning food-handling practices. Bars repeatedly ran out of cups, and we witnessed used cups being handled between customers without handwashing. Maintenance was extremely poor. The pool appeared dirty, landscaping was neglected, and broken fixtures were exposed. Our toilet rocked, the sink was loose, the shower temperature fluctuated dangerously, the bathroom flooded, the balcony door frame was pulling away from the wall, and rain repeatedly flooded our room. We also experienced an AC outage followed by loss of lights and outlets. Our family had five rooms, and two required relocation due to a severe sewer odor in Building 2. We were told a damaged sewer pipe was allowing sewer gases into the rooms. Do not recommend.
