However, definitely a self serve property, room isn’t cleaned unless you’re staying there 7+ days, it’s in a hidden location (cab drivers find it difficult to locate as well as food delivery drivers, so we had to meet them at a nearby cafe) and outside is quite noisy during the night as it’s near train tracks. "Great hotel for business travel. Wouldn’t choose again for leisure travel. It was quite out of the way for exploring the vibrant city of Copenhagen. The 24th floor room and view were lovely. We did find the beds to be a little uncomfortable and the room was uncomfortably warm with no option to control the thermostat in room. We were able to open the window a little and they did offer to bring a fan. Staff were lovely. I wouldn’t eat at the Thai restaurant again. The food wasn’t great for the price. "

"The staff was friendly, but there was no wifi-connection in my small room nor soap in the shower, which was irritating. Also I could either take the train and change to the metro or take a bus that stopped on every corner on the way to the city. This hotel is perfect if you just need a place to sleep and have your own car. "
