The staff was good even if there was some difficulty to communicate(French to French). Room was okay, beds were not the most comfortable. Bathroom was discussing, the kitchen walls was white with black stains and the water from the shower was going all over the bathroom. We were not able to get toilet paper from the staff. It would be nice if the pool on the roof was having water in it.

Not as advertised. I know you get what you pay for but this was pretty bad: no ac the first night, cockroach in the toilet, pool not a pool, breakfast was three different types of bread and that's it and they charged for water when I requested it with my breakfast.
I do not recommend this hotel.

nice pool, great breakfast, excellent staff - very kind and helpful. the riad is beautiful and peaceful, with a good location. we found a beetle in our room and they happily offered us to swap so it can be recleaned.

Small riad located outside the medina. You need to be prepared to deal with staff who can be quite persistent in trying to sell extra services despite our refusals. We eventually booked and paid for an airport transfer through them. They had also offered us a takeaway breakfast, which we never received. We ended up without transportation in the middle of the night, having to figure things out ourselves, and they refused to issue a refund

Beautiful place to stay in an excellent location. Close to the square and also Medina entrance.
Pick up spot for tours was close by.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.
