After booking this place I never received any information, since this is not a hotel, but aparthotel, no one at front, doors locked and I buzzed many times, got some responses in Spanish, I was told there’s no room in English, and finally after buzzing and buzzing some young girl came down and finally figured out I booked the hotel. Awful service, below average rooms.

Overall a good stay - stayed in loft Room a bit on the dark side with a small balcony but not much of a view Parking slightly off site but still close - a slight walk with bags Handy to all sights in Zaragoza Kitchen could do with a view more amenities Great to have the use of the washing Machine Thanks

Great location across from the Pilar Plaza. Very nice and courteous staff. We don’t like two things: 1. the room smell like feet-bathroom, shower are in the same small room next to the bed. 2. lightings are all sensor. So when we moved around in bed at night, the light would turn on.
