Stay in the heart of Zaragoza in this cozy and elegant apartment, perfect for up to three guests. The apartment features a bright bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay.

We do not accept tourist stays. - Reservations are only permitted for work, study, or medical reasons. - After booking, you must sign the contract and provide documentation proving the reason for your stay. - If this documentation is not received, the reservation will be canceled and penalties may apply.

The apartment features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and ample storage space, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The living room features a sofa bed, perfect for an extra guest, and creates a bright, welcoming space for relaxation or work. The open layout allows for easy movement between the living area and the kitchen, enhancing the sense of space.

Guests have access to Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a Smart TV. The apartment is well connected by tram and bus, offering easy access to Zaragoza’s top attractions, including Plaza del Pilar and the Mercado Central.

The accommodations are equipped with:
- Two towels per guest
- Cleaning kit
- Complimentary coffee (Dolce Gusto machine)
- Toilet paper rolls: 2 units
- Kitchen paper roll
Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

In the event of damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation, a penalty of 700 euros will be charged.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded security deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.

This property is intended exclusively for non-tourist short-term stays. Reservations are accepted only for work, study, or health-related purposes.
Guests must provide supporting documentation proving the reason for their stay. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in guests not being permitted to stay at the property.
