Outstanding staff at the reception area. They are willing to assist you in absolutely every need you may have. I commend them. The place is extremely clean and strategically located to every place of interest including the catholic basilica

Overall the Hotel is great. Needs some updating but nothing that would stop me from rebooking on my next visit. Staff is super friendly, accommodating and informative. Excellent location to visit old town and sites. Lots of restaurant option with most in walkable distance.
