Naomi,Lamento que su experiencia con nosotros se haya visto afectada por estas situaciones, le comento que desafortunadamente a su llegada no contabamos con la disponibilidad de las habitaciones en el mismo piso debido a la alta ocupación que teníamos en el hotel sin embargo al día siguiente en el caso de 1 de sus habitaciones afortunadamente pudimos cambiarla para que pudieran estar en el mismo piso.Sin duda su retroalimentación es muy importante para nosotros pues podemos dar seguimiento implementando las medidas necesarias para brindar un mejor servicio.Quedo cordialmente a sus órdenes.Liliana LomeliGerente GeneralOne Guadalajara Periférico Norte

"Overall, our experience at this hotel was mixed. While the rooms, albeit small, were comfortable, and the breakfast food was delicious, we were disappointed by the declining cleanliness standards. The kitchen staff went above and beyond with their service and friendliness, but unfortunately, this was overshadowed by the lack of cleanliness. On both occasions of our two visits within a month, we found the bathroom dirty, the last time we found hair in the sink and remnants of toothpaste and food, indicating that thorough cleaning was not done. Despite the convenient location for us, we are hesitant to return due to these cleanliness issues." "En general, nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue mixta. Aunque las habitaciones, aunque pequeñas, eran cómodas y la comida del desayuno era deliciosa, nos decepcionó el declive en los estándares de limpieza. El personal de la cocina se destacó por su atención y amabilidad, pero desafortunadamente, esto se vio opacado por la falta de limpieza. En ambas ocasiones de nuestras dos visitas en un mes, encontramos suciedad, la última vez había cabellos en el lavabo y restos de pasta de dientes y comida, lo que indicaba que la limpieza no se había realizado a fondo. A pesar de la conveniente ubicación para nosotros, dudamos en regresar debido a estos problemas de limpieza."

Ladies in the kitchen and security Omar were very nice and helpful. Front desk staff some were nice and others rude. Cleaning staff kept rooms clean but definitely need new bed sheets. Mine were old ripped and stained badly! Pillow cases looked like they had urine stains on them. Also only one trash can in the restroom none in the room very inconvenient to be having to go into the restroom to throw something out. Also there is enough room for a mini fridge which is definitely needed it was super hot the days I stayed over and had to be coming down for ice to keep our water somewhat cold because the ice buckets are super small. Also the TV most of the time wasn’t working because it had no signal. The food is ok for being complementary but it would be nice to have more options. There is only 3 main dishes which one is always eggs the other is beans the third one is the one that changes. The only reason we keep coming back to this hotel is because it’s very close to the family members we come to visit. Also because of some of the friendly staff 🙏

We stay for 7 nights and in the 5th day upon returning late at night to our room we discover some personal items were missing. I went to the front desk and complain about our items being missing, the person at the front desk said that he could help us at that time but he would talk to the person in charge of cleaning, and that i should hear from them in the morning, Morning came I had to go to the front desk and ask for someone incharge, a person came out and I explain to him about our missing items, and he was clueless about the complain that I had made the night before. After waiting for a while the person I talked to was going to different rooms talking to different employees, he came out and returned some of my missing items, and the excuse he give me make no sense, he said that the cleaning person thought that the room was vacated. my urgement with him was how they thought it was vacated when we had 3 more night reserved in that same room. His only response was we don't know, and that the manager was going to resolve the issue Monday morning before our departure. Monday came and I checked out at 11 am and no one came up to me to even try to talk to me or apologize about the issue and still my missing items. I been staying in ONE GUADALAJARA PERIFERICO NORTE hotel for years everytime we travel to Guadalajara,

Don’t recommend, one can hear everything that’s happening in the next room, from flipping the light switch to snoring etc. Lots of talking and shuffling things around by guest as they prepare to leave disturbing the peace and sleep of others.

Todos los trabajadores muy amables, buen servicio, desde la persona que nos ayudo con las maletas, recepcion, y las personas que trabajan en cocina. Especialmente en el desayuno la Sra. Otilia fue muy amigable y dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento. Lo unico qe no funcionó para nosotros fue el diseño del baño en el cuarto. Está muy pequeño y es dificil el acceso para una persona que requiere ayuda para poder caminar. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo bien.
