"We have stayed a few times now, the rooms are basic, very much like a holiday / premier inn back in the UK. The attention to detail is lacking here the shower cubicle area is showing its age and really do need re grouting or good bleaching.
The first room on this trip the aircon unit was not working correctly so had a very uncomfortable night as too hot. We did report the aircon and maintenance came and told us it was working fine, trust me the temperature through the night tells a differnet...
"The hotel is amazing, the location being on the Zambezi rivers makes for stunning views especially at sunset. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with any question or request you have. The rooms were nice, modern and very clean. Mosquito repellent was provided in the rooms which was nice to have. The breakfast had a wide varied selection with everything you would expect all to a high standard.
The only thing to note is that as the hotel is a little bit out of town which is a highlight...
