Good hotel in a great location but don't go in the hot summer months as the aircon is not upto the job in hot weather. We asked for it to be fixed but still uncomfortably hot most of the time.

We loved staying at this hotel. Very good breakfast buffet and tons of dining options within easy walking distance. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in providing us with a restaurant list. They were very helpful with maps, HOHO bus reservations, and river cruise tickets.The only negative comment about everything is that the elevator was too small and very slow.

"Hair in eggs on breakfast and the worst thing is that the staff was checking the availability and didn’t care at all. The bathroom cabin leaks a lot after an average shower. The spa is so-so and the changing rooms are bad. It’s outdated as everything. Summary: I have no idea why there’s so high ..."

"We stayed for 7 days at the apartment , Patrick was helpful with regards of places to visit , the apartment was clean and modern. although there was no Aircon , there were plenty of fans, and with the metal blinds we were able to keep the apartment cool when we went out for the day ."
