It is extended over two floors (220sqm in total), having 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total. The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a spacious living room and kitchen area. Using the internal staircase you can reach the first floor, which is consisted of another large living room area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of the two bathrooms is ensuite).  
It can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in total, as following:
