### Villa Rizolia Epta by Villa Plus

Surrounded by countryside, Villa Rizolia Epta (part of the Rizolia Villa Complex) is located in the quaint hamlet of Lithakia, near Agios Sostis. The villa is a traditional stone build, typical of Zante, and is authentically styled both inside and out. There's ample space to relax outside, by your own private pool as well as a portable BBQ for that perfect night in. There is a taverna and a mini market within walking distance, and the centre of Agios Sostis is just a 5 minute drive away. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, pool heating and WiFi are included.  
  
Villa Rizolia Epta is perfect for those looking for a relaxing getaway. The villa is one of ten houses on the Rizolia Villa complex, located in the village of Lithakia. This small hamlet enjoys a slow pace of life, with a local taverna, cafe and a mini market. Nearby, the charming seaside resort of Agios Sostis is just a 5 minute drive away with a handful of traditional restaurants and wonderful views across to Turtle Island. The sandy Bay of Laganas is also easily accessible by car and is a popular nesting spot for the famous Caretta caretta turtles. Villa Rizolia Epta is located directly in front of Villa Rizolia Enea.
