The villa is located in a small area called Tragaki with a few restaurants, bars, shops and mini markets, just on the outskirts of Tsilivi. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.  
  
Located in Tragaki, just outside the popular resort of Tsilivi, Villa Porto Dermata is an ideal choice for families and groups looking for a relaxing summer stay. Home to a great choice of restaurants, bars and shops and a waterpark - Tsilivi is packed full of activities for all ages. Both glorious sandy beaches and hidden pebbly coves are an easy drive away. Set within a well-tended and full enclosed garden with spectacular views over the sparkling Ionian Sea, Villa Porto Dermata is a Greek oasis.
