Nestled above Mikro Nisi, Villa Ilios sits in a serene, coastal area offering stunning sea views. Beautifully decorated, the villa has been built keeping outdoor living in mind. With comfortable outdoor seating and authentic charm, you can really make the most of the long, warm days and nights. The secluded swimming pool is ideal for cooling off and is lined with comfortable sun beds for topping up your tan. The closest restaurants, cafes and mini markets are all within a 5 minutes’ drive, where you will find a wide selection of Greek tavernas offering an authentic cuisine. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms and the lounge are included.  
  
Perched on the hillside of Mikro Nisi, Villa Ilios perfectly illustrates the dramatic coastline and amazing sea views of Zante. This hidden gem of a villa is close to traditional sea front tavernas and more modern fine dining restaurants offering an exciting twist on the classic Greek cuisine. The port of Agios Nikolaos is merely 10 minutes’ drive - from here hop on traditional Greek Caiques and visit the Blue Caves and Shipwreck or hire your own motorboat and explore at your own pace. Head out for a livelier night to the resorts of Alikes and Alykanas, both within 25 minutes’ drive. Zante Town, with its bustling shops and restaurants, is just 45 minutes away.
