Romanza Luxury Villa is a beautiful home in kalamaki, Zakynthos island , just a short distance from the outstanding beaches home to the caretta caretta turtles.This property offers luxury holidays to the most discerning clients.
Built in 2018 , arguably one of the most beautiful villas in Kalamaki area, and has many qualities one would expect from a luxury residence.It boasts 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms on all of them ,a living room,a dining area,, with high ceilings and an impressive balcony out of stone with a great atmosphere.
The villa is set among greenery with view of the mountains , with a swimming pool , and decades old trees and beautiful garden (including an area with home ingredients if you intent to use to your cooking).It has been tastefully build to a very high standard.
Ground floor
Lounge and dining area with large windows to witness the full view of the garden and the pool.The marble fireplace and a large TV .A king size bedroom with view and connection to the stone balcony a tv and its own bathroom.
First floor
Two bedrooms,one king size with a tv and its own bathroom with a balcony with view of the seaand one twin bed with a grand balcony with amazing view and with view of the sea its private bathroom and a tv.
Grounds
The villa sits right in the middle of the propert with a secluded feel, being separated from the road and other properties by mature trees.A variety of shrubs and hedges,,flowers and lawns, a banana tree and much more greenery.
Private swimming pool shaped like a seashell and in its center a smaller pool for children (or to relax around it) Surrounded by the lawn and all the greenery, with sunbeds and umbrellas.And a fantastic BBQ area to enjoy yourselves with the shade of the banana tree
