"well air conditioned, friendly staff. we left too early to try the breakfast, but they had a fairly roomy dining area so I expect it would have been decent. we got a free room upgrade since there were very few tourists at the time due to the conflict between Hamas/Israel at the time. For the price (55 JOD/night at the time for two twin beds), I'd definitely stay there again."

"I had a five day stay in the Fairmont Amman and enjoyed it very much. The perfect hotel for a city break in Amman. I loved my room, layout, finish, lighting and view. The public spaces were very nicely designed. My check in was very pleasant after a long trip and later in the evening, the gentlemen could not have been more friendly. The food at breakfast, in the restaurant and room service was very good. To get to the sites in the city I used Uber for transport which was cheap and efficient, but always nice to get back to the hotel at the end of the day. "

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortably appointed, with a great view and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing trip. What truly elevated the experience was the incredible staff. The receptionist, Omer, was outstanding — he was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help with every request, from arranging late check-out to recommending local spots. His warm attitude and efficiency made check-in and any questions during my stay completely stress-free. The security guard on duty was equally impressive — always polite, vigilant, and ready with a smile or directions when needed.
