Near the apartment there are a few terraces where music is played until midnight. Before midnight it is difficult to fall asleep because of the music. The apartments are located in the heart of the old town few minutes away from the main atrractions like Greetings to the sun and sea organ. The house in which the apartment is located is 100+ years old, while the interior has been renovated, modernly equipped and air conditioned. If your looking to stay in the centre of Zadar's Old Town you really can't get more central than this, it's a perfect place to stay for someone wanting to explore the city and everything it has to offer. Old Town has plenty of bars, restaurants and small local shops! There is also a local beach called Kolovare and Maestrala, 20 minutes walking distance or you can go for a swim in old town near greetings to the sun, 5 minutes walking distance. For any reservation which is 28 nights or longer special monthly discount and special conditions apply: electricity utility cost is excluded from the total price and it is payed monthly based on the actual consumption. Every two weeks cleaning service is mandatory to change bed linen and towels which is excluded from the total price. Price of electricity is aproximately 0,87 HRK/kWh.
