The 3-room apartment spans 80 square meters and is spread across two levels. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall equipped with air conditioning, a kitchen with dining facilities, and a shower/WC. The kitchen is well-appointed with a hot plate, dishwasher, three gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. From the kitchen, you can access the terrace. Descending to the lower ground floor via a spiral staircase, you will discover the living room featuring a sofa bed (140 cm, length 200 cm) and a satellite TV with a flat screen. Additionally, there are two bedrooms, each furnished with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm).
