Apartment Rusula Gold is situated in Zadar in quiet and peaceful part of the town. Only 2 km from the beach and 5 min car drive or 10 min by bus to the city Center. Bus station with regular lines every 20 min is 200 meters away.  
 Modern style aranged apartment is well equiped with free WI-FI. Apartment is fully climatised with a posibility of individual temperature regulation in every room. Free private parking is available on site.  
 Apartment is very spacious (82 m2) with all included for pleasure and comotion.  
  
Apartment Rusula Gold consist large open- space kitchen, dining room and living room. It has a beautiful bedroom with spacious bathroom and masage bathtube.  
 Satellite channels and flat screen TV are part of a livingroom. Sofa in the livingroom can be transformed into bed 165\*195 cm with just one move.  
The kitchen is fully equiped. It has nice terace with dinning table.   
Aditional options can be made individually with prearrangement such as baby bed, x-box and other.

We liked the large appartment and its amenities (esp. Whirlpool). Very clean and fully equipped. Ana and Igor are very nice hosts and great to talk to.

#### Excellent Apartment!

This apartment is exactly as pictured, exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds yet close enough to it to enjoy Zadar’s old city. The owners are wonderful people and took care of everything we needed promptly. Igor took very good care of us and even made us a traditional Croatian meal of Peka.! Incredibly nice people and one great place to stay. Highly recommended.

#### Sehr schöne Wohnung 

Die Wohnung war super sauber und schön, der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin jederzeit problemlos möglich. Allerdings war die Lage nicht perfekt: Aussicht vom Balkon aus nur zu den Nachbarhäusern und auf ein etwas trostloses Mischgebiet, viel Baulärm.
