"Beautiful room, nice facilities. The staff were helpful with my unsophisticated level of spanish. The space behind the tv wasnt cleaned. I found a unopened bottle of water and some receipts/tags.
The restaurant had good food. I would stay again."

"The hotel charged me in dollars with a terrible exchange rate, rather than pesos, which violated the Orbitz terms and is also illegal in Mexico. In addition, they charged me for
breakfast even though it was supposed to be free and didn't tell me until I was checking out. Finally, the wifi terrible -- forget about trying to work remotely. "

"Hotel was good. A little dated and in need of improvements but we enjoyed our stay. The view was great and right next to the Teleférico to La Bufa.
Breakfast buffet was good. The room had air conditioning and was perfect for the hot weather. We would stay again."
