I liked the view to the street and the hills. The bathroom smelled like sewage. I asked about odor and someone from cleaning staff said it eas because there were several guests.

The so called family room doesn’t exist and they wanted to charge me extra. Thank goodness staff was understandable and didn’t charge me. Overall the hotel was not bad, bit older that I expected. Walkable distance to downtown and parking available were a plus.

cuando llegamos a las 4 de la tarde no estaban listas nuestras habitaciones cuando deberian estar a las 3, ,que no servia e aire acondicionado,que para que queriamos aire si ahi no hace calor,que la alberca no estaba funcionando desde hace 4 años,en las noches pedia hielo y me lo llevaban en una bolsa pequeña de plastico muy decepcionado por eso pido a expedia que me devuelva parte de lo que pague por un hotel que era mentira lo que publicaba ,asi que espero que se pongan en contacto conmigo para ver la devolucion de un hospedaje que me ofrecieron y era mentira ,yo soy cliente de ustedes desde hace varios años y espero seguir siendolo y hablen con el hotel que no este ofreciendo mentiras es mas me dijeron que si yo hubiera hecho la reservacion directos con ellos me hubieran regalado el desayuno gratis que era bufet que por cierto era lo unico bueno del hotel y tuve que pagar ,espero una respuesta de ustedes,

Pésima atención a personal. Nos hicieron esperar una hora (4 pm) para acceder a nuestra habitación por falta de limpieza. Así mismo no hubo limpieza en los cuartos, no funcionaban todos los enchufes del cuarto, baja presión del agua. No lo recomiendo.

Muy tranquilo el cuarto, me gustaba la vista a la bufa. Amable el personal, estuvo pacífico. Lo malo era que el baño olía mal pues el ventilador no funcionaba. Otro problema fue que la primera noche me dieron un cuarto de menor precio que le que pague y al otro día me tuve que cambiar y con vecinos ruidosos. El restaurante es muy buena opción para desayunar con personal amable.

El hotel está demaciado viejo, el baño parece de central camionera . Al quererme recostar en una de las camas me percaté que había una mancha de sangre por lo que decidí abandonar el hotel inmediatamente por lo antigienico que estaba Cero recomendado este hotel
