人気のお宿の様でかなり混んでる状況の中でも真摯にご対応して頂いて楽しく滞在させて頂きました。ありがとうございます。スキー場までも徒歩数分でスキー一式レンタルも含めてとてもリーズナブルで良いところでした。夕食も家庭的な料理で暖かい感じの美味しい食事でした。

ユーミン苗場コンサートの為に1泊素泊まりしました。口コミを読んでいたので覚悟して行きましたが、それほど悪くはありませんでした。吹雪の夜にプリンスホテルまで歩いて15分程でしたし、コンサート後の夜中1時までお風呂に入れました！湯船もお湯が出っ放しで綺麗でした。部屋のガスストーブも温かかったです。朝食に無料パンがあると口コミで見たのですが、ありませんでしたが、無料のコーヒーはあり美味しかったです。でも、部屋の壁が薄いようで隣の音が丸聞こえで、夜中の隣りの部屋の咳が気になり眠れませんでした…。あと、掛け布団のカバーが代えてないようで長い髪の毛が付いていてゲンナリしました…。あと、歯ブラシとバスタオルしか無くて、浴衣と手拭いも欲しかったです。

住所登録間違った上に、連絡先登録も間違っている。幸い交番のおかげて、見つかった。施設　室内暖房が常に切れ、夜中寒くなって何回も起きている。サ一ビス　今まで最悪。

いろいろな気配りありでしたが

yumingのコンサートに対応していただき１時までお風呂の対応をしていただきました。ありがたかったです。その時間過ぎるとお湯が出なくなり、水になるので時間厳守です。共同トイレは便座にシートが敷いてあることでかえって違和感でした。プリンスにはとても近く助かりました。

少し残念。でも概ね好感触。

部屋に洗面所はあったがコップが無く不便だった。大浴場は普段の使用時間を過ぎてもコンサートの後でも入れるようにしていただいて助かりました。
