"The restaurant at the first floor was so delicious. Both the free breakfast buffet and the paid for dinner were fulfilling! The staff was very helpful and friendly, hailing me a taxi with an English speaking driver. We had a wonderful conversation! The staff also properly stored my luggage while I went to the museums within the area."

"Great rooms, the queen size bed was comfortable and the room had plenty of room to breathe, unlike many other locations. Price was unbeatable and the breakfast wasn’t too shabby for roughly $10 per adult. Close to the castle ruins, a 7-11, mall and many restaurants. If we make our way back to Morioka, this definitely will be at the top of my list!"

"エレベーターのボタンだけど、静電気に反応するタイプだけど、場所によっては反応が悪い 朝男性の露天風呂に大きい蜘蛛の巣があった。大分放置していた感じがする。清掃員のレベルが低い 食事会場で、水とほうじ茶しかない。ジュース類を用意するつもりはないのか チェックインして、部屋に入ると布団が敷いてあった。夕食時に用意するのが常識 朝飯の野菜蒸しは、全て半生状態、インゲンは全く食べれる状態ではない、湯通しするとか工夫するつもりないのか 朝牛乳いらない シャトルバスあり、部屋の鍵ネックストラップ付いているのは良かった 料金が高い割にコストパフォーマンスが悪すぎる"

"別莊佳景的溫泉池及池畔風景非常優. 有室內池和室外池，非常適合家族或好友同行. 我覺得不優的是服務人員省著用和語言溝通上的不易. 當日接車的外籍小姐兼職司機、入住協助、第二天接車安排，最後希望我們再寫email確認. 第二天早餐的送餐阿姨除了送餐外、又要比手畫腳確定接車安排（雖然已經再度發送email)…感覺上飯店沒有比較正式的服務中心，感覺人力精簡到有點誇張."
