We a slight issue that Amanda at the desk took care of right away. We enjoyed seeing her smiling face as we left for our adventures. The room was clean and tidy. They have a van that will take you to the wharf 4 times a day. We walked to the wharf it was a short 20 minute enjoyable stroll down on the Esplanade. For the cost, a wider range of options would make the dining experience much more enjoyable. The hotel was clean but you could tell some areas like the bar were run down. The service at the bar and dining seemed disorganized at times and would be better equipped with electonic apparatus when ordering. The shuttle back and forth to airport was timely and efficient.
