The air-conditioners look quite newly installed but the capacities are not rightly sized to cater for the very cold winter especially for snowing days. Especially for first floor, there are two air-conditioners but even they are fully operated and set at 30 degree, the indoor areas like the bed room, toilet and kitchen are still feeling very cold.
