Visitors must contact the day before to checkin. The front counter closes at 10 pm. We didn't look at the Expedia fine print so we arrived there at midnight and the hotel was closed. The owners are friendly. The only hiccup was parking at their carpark which was in a grassy area. Overnight, bunches of ants crawled up the car and stayed in the gap between the closed car doors. There must be at least a hundred ants. The boss was kind enough to spray insecticide and hosed the ants off from the car.
