The service is not very helpful or informative, but we didn't need much. The rooms are spacious but flashy low quality design. There was no maid service, they only provided 2 packs of liquid soap for our entire stay and never came back to remove the trash or refill anything. We had dedicated wifi for the room, while spotty in certain corners it was overall decent. Breakfast was at their larger sister hotel down the street, go earlier for more options.
