The Charming Home with a Pool

Come enjoy this warm and cozy home with a swimming pool. Conveniently located on the south side of town, with quick and easy access to Highway 99. You will be minutes from restaurants or shopping. Perfect for weekend travelers or weekday business ventures. Featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this home is inviting, welcoming and ready to make everyone who visits feel like they're at home!

32 minutes from Sacramento International Airport and 4 miles from RideOut Medical Center.
Other things to note:
This is a swimming pool ONLY. The smaller section of the pool is NOT a hot tub or spa— it’s a shallow seating area/wading pool.

We hire a professional pool cleaning service that cleans and adds the required pool chemicals into the pool once a week.

However, because there are trees, plants, and bushes in the backyard and surrounding area, we can’t guarantee that the pool will not have debris floating in the pool prior to your arrival or during your stay. This is especially true during high-wind weather.

The pool is NOT heated and depending on that day’s temperature the water might not be at a comfortable temperature during your stay.

Guest are free to use the extension pole and attached net skimmer to remove any debris floating in the pool. However, no guest shall touch any pool equipment.

Very happy with this lovely house.

Perfect place for our get together. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Probably the cleanest vrbo that I have ever stayed in. It had everything that we needed, except that I would have loved a tv in each bedroom. On the minus side, the paintwork in the bathrooms needs a little attention. These are minor issues though because we had a great stay.
