- This beautiful vacation home is centrally located in Ystad in a quiet area. The stores in the pedestrian zone and several nice restaurants are within easy walking distance. It is about 2,000 m to the sea with sandy beach and fishing opportunities in the harbor. From this apartment you can stroll through the beautiful streets of Ystad. Or take a walk along the kilometer-long beach. Here you can choose between inviting beach promenade and romantic beach. It is also a good idea to go cycling. In the nearby Hammars Backar you can fly kites or go kite flying yourself. In Kåseberga there is a fish smokehouse and the Österlen region offers many excursions and farm stores. There are two golf courses near Ystad: the Golf Club in Nybrostrand and the Tomelilla Golf Club. From Ystad you can easily take the train to Malmö and Copenhagen.
