"We searched long and hard to find the perfect property to take our extended family on holiday to and this ticked all the boxes. Everything was just what we were looking for. Enough en-suite bedrooms for each of the family units, enough car parking space for all of the vehicles and great communal spaces for eating, cooking and relaxing. A location from which it was fairly easy to get to most places, very peaceful and with super views of the surrounding countryside. Every member of our party had a wonderful holiday. It was so nice to have somewhere where we could spend time together."

"Oh my goodness... the view was spectacular! On our first day we witnessed intermittent sunshine, hail and 2 double rainbows, all set against a backdrop of Snowdonia. The house was warm, comfortable, spacious and very well equipped - great for a family of 5 adults plus our cavapoo. The garden is large and beautiful, but not enclosed, so we had to keep Bailey on a lead, but that was fine. Walking round the local lanes with her was lovely, with stunning views and a field full of lambs.The beds were very comfy for everyone except my hubby who loves a very firm mattress and the egyptian cotton bedding was much appreciated, as were the big fluffy towels. If you like playing board games bring your own (as we did), but having netflix and then a games console in the second lounge was great.The location was perfect - we visited Beaumaris & Newborough beach (a family fave) on Anglesey and Betws-y-Coed & Aber Falls back on the mainland.Would very happily all go back again!"

"We had a lovely time in Anglesey for a family celebration. It was a delight to visit old haunts , the island is a treat . Ty Feram was an ideal size, warm and cosy with comfortable beds for the large party although not without a few hiccups, sorted out by the management team. Also worth noting as no heating in the conservatory can’t be used in the depths of winter but still beautiful views . Also noted no welcome pack as in - info on appliances /heating/ etc ."

"The hosts were lovely, very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. They put the heating on earlier for me and filled our log basket to the brim without question. We were allowed to feed the horses and it was lovely to see the peacocks and chickens outside our door when we threw bits of food out for them. I want to go back in the summer "

"This was our second stay at Gwel Eryri and it was just as enjoyable as the last. Quiet, clean, comfortable and well equipped. What else could one want?"

"Property nice and roomy. Downstairs area set out well. Enough dining space. Living area spacious.Nice little games room in the garage as extra.Downstairs toilet, possibly room for a shower in there to accommodate the downstairs bedroom occupants.Upstairs, 4 bedrooms, all a decent size. Some rooms creaky and beds not great quality. 2 bedrooms with en-suite, good. Bathroom a good size, shower not the best.Garden beautiful but not enough made of it. Poor garden furniture and bbq quality. Would be great if the patio area was larger and improved furniture to sit out and enjoy. 3 or 4 of the chairs all broken. Hot tub a great and well-used addition, however handle was broken to lift the lid off, we did manage to however. Just feel so much more could be made of the outside space, especially in the summer months."
