This property is dated but it's perfect location to Yosemite valley and everything was in working order. It just is old. The bed was too hard for our liking.
Nice location and easy access. Closer to the Tunnel View.

Nice Yosemite Location but Very Shabby
Location is convenient to Yosemite Valley and Glacier point. Basic necessities to make your own meals are included. The bed is very uncomfortable and old.
Has all the essentials. Appliances and furnishing a bit old and outdated. About 25 minutes to the valley park. Good place for those traveling on a budget but want the amenities of home
Great apartment for 2 people, comfortable bed, separate lounge area, small kitchen and bathroom.
Read reviews about stained carpets, but was pleased to see this has been updated to laminate flooring throughout.
Cleanliness was generally great, however the base mattress protector on the bed was stained and could do with cleaning/replacing.
We had no cell reception in the park, so the WiFi was much appreciated and worked quite well.
Apartment was well equipped with cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils, full size fridge and a small freezer, ironing board & iron, towels, TV, shampoo/conditioner, washing up supplies.
Location was perfect for visiting the park. 10mins to tunnel view, and approx 30mins to Yosemite village in the valley. There are no restaurants nearby, so bring supplies or plan to eat out in the valley area. There is a kettle, microwave & grill oven, filter coffee machine in the apartment.
Overall, I would recommend this place.
Wonderful location. Badger Pass was closed due to lack of snow but that's not the fault of the host! Nearby sled hill. Was able to go snowshoeing nearby
This condo is a great location for those desiring a short drive to the valley but also a get away from the busyness. It had everything we needed as we stopped to buy all supplies prior to arrival. I would book this condo again.

Just OK
Decent. Apartment is within a building that feels like a warren. Amenities are basic. Bathtub faucet leaked - drip drip drip all night. Walls are paper thin. The noisy upstairs neighbors seemed to be building furniture. Hammering at 10:00 at night?!
The carpet was dirty, smell bad, the sofa bed was very old and uncomfortable, the microwave not working, no Wifi, the tv no reception. Overall not a pleasant stayed.

Beware - misleading
Booked with Expedia - but listing involves Expedia, Vrbo, and Vacasa which all get $$ from you. So for problems if you talk to one they point to each other and don’t help you.

Property was nice. Could have been cleaned better. Some minor issues and sticky kitchen floor. The door combination lock was ridiculous. Ten-digit code really? Often took several tries even though correct code was entered.

Two star stay at four star prices
Accommodations were in the wilderness. However, the room needed repair and showerhead should’ve been replaced. It did not work properly. Toilet seat was worn. It also should’ve been replaced as well as the carpet. These are an expensive changes would’ve made the stain much nicer. Also, the room face the parking area it would’ve been better face the woods for the reason stated above I cannot recommend this residence.

This condo is conveniently located between the Yosemite Valley and Mariposa Grove. It has a nice deck overlooking the wooded area and the parking lot.
This condo looks as if it has not been updated since it was built. The pull out bed was so springy we could not use it. The kitchen has a refrigerator and stove that are old but usable. The tile floor has huge chunks broken. The bathroom has a tub and shower which was good.
We had a 4 night stay and were only given 2 towels. The management texted to ask if we needed anything. When I asked for 2 more sets of towels this is what I was told, "Unfortunately, our housekeeping staff doesn't have any extra towels with her. The good news is, there's a coin operated laundromat on the 2nd floor of the building of the A building." When I complained enough, towels magically appeared.

Stay Elsewhere
Do not recommend. The condo was inhospitable. We wish we’d either gone camping or booked a proper hotel room. The carpet was installed improperly and staples stuck out at the wide seam next to the kitchen, so you had to be careful to step over the seam to avoid stepping on the staples. The condo also has a strong allergen that made both me and my partner sneeze a lot while in the condo and have bloody noses in the morning. No allergies elsewhere in Yosemite. It may have been from the old carpet since it didn’t look like it was replaced after last year’s wildfire. Also, the water went out on the first morning and there was a boil water notice enacted by the county. We couldn’t use the water in the condo for washing, brushing teeth, drinking, or cooking unless it was boiled. Also, the mattress was really old and so firm we couldn’t sleep well the whole time (I’m sure the allergens didn’t help, either). A total nightmare place and not relaxing. Do not recommend!

Bare necessities but believe the negative reviews
First let me say I NEVER write reviews so the fact that I’m taking time away from my vacation should tell you something.Let’s start with the good. The location is great. A short 30ish minute drive to all that Yosemite has to offer. Next, the condo is small but has almost everything you need such as washer/dryer, functioning kitchen, bathroom, etc.Next, the bad. The condo is outdated and needs lots of refreshments for the amount of money the condo receives. The bed is uncomfortable and probably 10 years old. The most frustrating of all was the WiFi. It’s in the condo listing but it’s basically nonexistent so you can’t use the tv or your phone at all making planning out your days in Yosemite impossible. My partner was hoping to get some work done in the evenings but was unable to because of this. The only time you can get any type of phone signal is by driving 30 minutes to Yosemite village. This also made communicating with property managers very difficult.Everyday between hikes I reached to the property managers regarding the WiFi. They said they resolved the issue but didn’t. Then after checking out they messaged and said the lack of WiFi was due to the increased amount of people using the WiFi because of Memorial Day day weekend. Looking at the previous reviews I can see that’s not true at all. The lack of WiFi would have been acceptable had they listed it on the property page or made excuses. Jusy know what you are getting before you book.
