"This was an ideal property for a mixed group on our first visit to the park. Beautiful living area, good kitchen and lovely porch. The grill and hot tub were good amenities after hiking. The hosts were excellent communicators both when booking and during the trip. I would highly recommend and stay here again."

"A mix of temps and skies, we got to enjoy the last days of summer swimming in the river, beautiful hikes, and communal dinners outside on the deck at the huge table. Enjoyed the raven pair and the piano too! A lovely stay with friends and family. Thank you!"

"Property exactly as advertised. Good proximity to the Valley and Glacier Point if either of these are on your itinerary. Bill (host) super responsive and is exactly the kind of host you want for this type of accommodation if you're unfamiliar with the surroundings. "My wife and I had such a wonderful stay. Perfect location to explore the different areas of the park—easy access to the valley, and about an hour from either Toulumne Meadows or Mariposa Grove. Property is tucked away from the crowds and really easy to find. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast (plenty of coffee filters and some medium/dark roast options), and a few dinners in. Would highly recommend to those looking to explore everything Yosemite has to offer."

"Stop at a grocery store before you get into the park and load up on everything you think you will need for your stay. There was sugar, some cooking oil and basic spices, but nothing else for cooking. There are a couple of small stores around the property, but at greatly increased prices."

"The pictures do not exagerate--this is literally one room, packed tight. We had three adults and two kids sleeping, and it was cramped. Location is great."

"Great place to stay within the confines of the park with a 35-40 minute drive to the valley and no need to wait in line at a park gate each time you want to explore the park. The backyard jumping rock was a HUGE hit with the kids and a great little swimming hole for everyone right behind the house which is great during high temps. Host was super responsive anytime we had a question. Place was clean and had everything we needed although could use some upgrades (drinkware, patio furniture cushions). There is also a general store within walking distance which has just about anything you might need including frozen dinners and beer/wine. Everyone at the store is friendly and helpful with info. They even let us borrow a cooler for one of our park excursions. One note on accommodations: the bunk room says it sleeps 5; It’s two sets of bunk beds and a 5th mattress that slides out from under one of the bunks. Worked fine for us just so people are aware it is technically not 5 “beds” per se. No AC, but several fans and with windows open it tends to get cool enough at night for sleeping."
