(A108) Studio Condominiums

Our studios have fully equipped kitchenettes, with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Our studios also offer dvd player, with a free videotape library, river rock propane fireplaces, and private outdoor decks with electric barbeques.




Located high on top of a mountain at an elevation of 6,000 feet, this 48 unit condominium complex not only offers you great mountain and forest views, but also offers you a great location to start your day from, just minutes to all the main attractions! Our condominiums come in two configurations, studios and lofts. All units come completely furnished and fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.




Do you have internet access at any of your home properties? Yes but very limited! Only a few of our home properties have recently been able to receive Internet access. Due to our remote location, and the fact that most of our properties are surrounded by tall Yosemite pine and cedar trees, it makes it almost impossible to receive clear satellite signals, cable isn't available yet in our community. The system we currently have is a satellite based Internet system, and is vulnerable to adverse weather conditions, therefore we cannot guarantee Internet connectivity during your stay.

Solid basic accommodations (bedding, bath, kitchen, grill) suited well for Park visitors with active agendas (hiking, biking, walking) conveniently located 20-30 minutes from trail heads in the Valley. Cookware (pots, pans, etc...), utensils, bowls, dishes, glassware all good, but be sure to add condiments, oil/vinegar, seasoning, etc...to your grocery list

Good with recommendations

Good property . I recommend more home like: paper towels, napkins , dish towels, storage containers for left overs. Maybe some spices and lids for skillets. Oh and foil. The bathroom smelled too and the coffee pot was not clean .
