A fabulous, light and spacious, 3 bedroom, ground floor serviced apartment. Situated only 5 minutes walk from York Minster whilst offering private parking a garden and river view the apartment offers all that is required for a memorable stay in our beautiful city. In addition the lounge has a 32' flat screen TV with Sky and Freeview, alongside a DVD player and free Wifi internet connection. The apartment has recently been redecorated and tastefully furnished with comfortable modern furnishings. It is the perfect base for exploring Britain's favourite tourist city.

Great apartment

This is a great apartment and we would certainly use it again. Very reasonable for central York, spotless and great location. Overlooks the river and literally 5 minutes walk from the Minster. Everything you would need including a welcome supply of basics ( milk / bread etc) Private off road parking was also a real plus. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating. Many thanks to them. Would definitely recommend.

Riverside House in York

We enjoyed our stay in York...and in Riverside House...very much. York is a beautiful city, which we've visited before, and this was a chance to see some familiar sites and to visit with friends who live there, so we were OUT of our accommodations most of the time. But everything was at hand and very convenient when we were in. The location was ideal, only a few minutes from the Minster, which is a common and convenient meeting point, and we were very pleased with the price and all facilities. Everything was laid out and ready for use...with a fully set dining table!...even though we ate out during our stay. Peter was a most genial host, and answered all our questions, ensuring our stay worked out well. Highly recommendable!

Great property

This is a lovely spacious flat, in a convenient location (5 minutes walk to the centre of York). The listing was very accurate. It was clean, we were welcomed by the very friendly owners who explained everything we needed to know and shared some local knowledge. They also very kindly supplied essentials such as bread, milk, coffee, tea, biscuits, loo rolls etc. Highly recommended.
