No smoking.. The Presidential Suite is an outstanding apartment and is the perfect location for exploring what York has to offer. This historic city needs no introduction. Surrounded by medieval city walls with a magnificent Gothic cathedral and a 12th-century Norman castle, this city takes centre stage in the annals of British history. It is also a thriving modern metropolis with a flourishing café culture, restaurants, bars, world class galleries, theatres and museums. The apartment lies within striking distance of York’s bustling centre, the mainline railway station and the open green spaces and riverside walkways that run along the Ouse.

    The apartment itself is situated on the ground floor with a private entrance. There are two kingsize bedrooms, both with en-suites, with hotel-quality towels and bed linen. There is an open plan living space, with a large wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV to stream your favourite programmes whilst relaxing on the comfortable sofas. This then leads to the orangery, which has a dining table and modern seating. Surrounded by glass doors, this area offers a bright and airy space to enjoy your meal, either home cooked in the well-equipped kitchen or ordered in from one of the nearby take outs! Outside, there is a fenced garden with a grassy area, alongside a small patio which leads on from the orangery.
