This flat is newly refurbished and has amazing views of York Minster. Very short walking distance to the ancient Citie and famous Shambles. Everything is brand new in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat (one en suite), with a large living room with a double sofa bed and Smart TV, utility room and fully equipped modern kitchen. There is also is a state of the art gym downstairs and gardens for sundowners. No need to ever book a hotel suite again! The apartment is entirely yours - and our front desk concierge and/or a key box will provide access depending on your arrival time. City Gate, Layerthorpe is moments from the ancient City Walls and City Centre. A short walk to the Shambles, Minster, Clifford's Tower, the Castle Museum and River Ouse, as well as all the restaurants and olde pubs. There is 1.5 hours unloading/packing parking in the Costa car park opposite Icona 2\. Foss Islands public car park is very close and Morrisons charges £8 p/day for parking. There is also 24hr free street parking on Little Hallfield Avenue nearby and all the next streets. A map can be provided. Uber and taxis operate everywhere in York. The 840/843 Coastliner bus stops outside the property on Layerthorpe and goes to/from York Station, the Racecourse and around central York - as well as on to the North York Moors, Whitby, Malton and Leeds. The UK's "most beautiful bus route". An Asda supermarket is just outside.
