Located on Gillygate, one of the popular streets of York, with restaurants, shops and bars within a minutes' walk. It's the perfect spot, if you are wanting a luxury apartment to relax in after a long day exploring the beautiful city of York. Just a few minutes stroll from York's biggest attractions. Heading into the apartment you will instantly notice the quirky layout of the apartment. Opening the apartment door, you will find a cosy separate dining area with a large window looking onto the street. A dining table to seat up to 4 guests, perfect for eating any type of meal, whether it be a takeaway ordered from one of York's variety of take out restaurants or a home cooked meal. The living room offers a welcoming space with 2 extremely comfortable sofas and a large flat screen Tv perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city. The kitchen comes equipped with all the appliances and utensils you could need to make a simple meal, including a cooker, microwave, electric kettle etc. There is a also a washer/dryer kept in the utility cupboard for your use. The main bathroom consists of modern tiling throughout, a large corner bathtub and a walk in shower. There is a toilet in a separate room.
