This welcoming new build offers a comfortable, stay for up to 4 guests, with the option of a travel cot for families with young children. On the ground floor, guests can access the fully-equipped kitchen and dining area which welcomes you with a comfortable, home away from home feel. Further along the hallway, you can find the plush, comfortable living area, complete with two generously sized sofas that provide plenty of seating, creating a cosy space for relaxation. One of these can be used as a double sofa bed (please inform us at the time of booking if you wish to use this). The room is equipped with a Smart TV, offering access Freely App which provides free to air stations along with streaming services such as Amazon Prime, (guests will need to provide their own login details), and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the space for your convenience. Also off the main hallway you can find the master bedroom, a peaceful retreat featuring a luxurious king-sized bed and ample storage space for all your belongings. The cosy bathroom is thoughtfully designed with fixtures, including a washbasin, a bath with a shower, and a W/C. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
