Great Location

A pleasant stay in a perfect location

The location, the furnishings and the finish of this holiday let was perfect. The booking was easy to make and we got speedy responses. The outdoor area was messy with rubbish but I am sure that this was an oversight as everywhere else was tidy and well kept.

Lovely apartment in the best location! Everything you could need for a short break too. Just a little disappointed as we had to use the sofa bed and we weren’t provided with a duvet cover…just a duvet with holes in. Not the nicest. Apart from that all good.

Perfect base for staying in York

This was a lovely apartment - clean, comfortable and modern. The little welcoming gift of chocolates was a nice touch. Really well situated, right near the city centre and very good value for money. Dealing with York Boutique Lets was a real relief after there had been a problem with the apartment we were supposed to be staying at booked via a different company. I arranged this stay at short notice with no problems. Excellent customer service, the people I spoke to on the phone were extremely helpful and there were clear instructions for arrival etc via email. When staying in York again I would absolutely book through York Boutique Lets and would be delighted to stay in the same place if available.

Great Location

Really good location. No parking provided but next to the Monkbar pay and display. Easy check in and instructions to follow to gain access. Would highly recommend a stay here
