The Space:  
Apartment 4, Fourth Avenue has a bright and welcoming open plan kitchen, living and dining area. With high ceilings and a neutral colour scheme, there is a modern, 21st century feel to this polished space. Ideal for two, the living area includes a comfortable sofa and a flat screen Smart TV.  
  
The stunning kitchen has everything you could need to prepare meals including an oven, hob, toaster, kettle, microwave and refrigerator. Enjoy your meals with your fellow guests at the dining area which includes a wooden table and surrounding bench.  
  
Head to the bedrooms and you’ll notice the same stunning style flow that runs throughout the entirety of the apartment. In both bedrooms, double bed features plush bedding and premium bed linens to ensure you have a great night’s sleep.

If you fancy venturing further afield, Leeds is easily accessible via the A64. Alternatively, you could hop on the train and be there in around half an hour. Harrogate can also be reached easily by rail in under 40 minutes.

#### Great stay

A well located top floor 2 bedroom apartment, about 1 mile outside York city centre approximately 20 minute walk into York . The apartment are located above shops on a quiet residential road with 2 parking spaces at rear . Cars felt secure parked in theses spaces . Apartment 4 has 2 identical bedrooms that share a compact bathroom with a lovely shower. We would stay there again .
