Surrounded by 2000 years of history this superb 5 star holiday property is on ground floor level within a superb grade 11 listed property. It is located within the city walls and has to be one of the most marvelous locations in York. The property has been completely re-designed and refurbished offering a beautiful, modern and welcoming 5 star interior, giving guests incredibly high standards of accommodation with two sumptuous bedrooms. ‘George street boutique apartments’ are just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre down walmgate and have every convenience to hand with shops, delis, restaurants, history and more close by. A completely stunning property and a stunning location.
The property is beautifully furnished throughout, offering excellent sleeping accommodation in two sumptuous bedrooms. The property can accommodate up to six guests extremely comfortably with the additional sofa bed, with lots of space.
Through the apartment’s entrance hall the property opens up into a stunning hallway with kitchen , bedrooms and living room all opening up off this.
There is a large designer corner sofa , chess set and board games for adults and children alike. There is also a Smart TV, wi-fi and a Blu-tooth sound system.
The fully equipped ,designer kitchen is separate from the living area and has a wonderful dining table that seats up to 6 guests and can be transformed into a snooker table !!. With granite work tops, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer-drier and more it offers guests everything they could need during their stay.
The main bedroom has large period windows and offers a luxuriously comfortable king sized bed that can be split into singles if required, wardrobe, and Smart TV. The second bedroom has a superbly comfortable double bed.
The pristine master bathroom has a fantastic walk in shower.

Great stay at York Boutique apartment. We were a party of 10 and fitted comfortably with room to spare. It's in a great location, walking distance in and out of the city centre but in a quiet area so had a great nights sleep! a very central flat with parking on your door step. It was simply stunning and for the price an absolute bargain! Extremely Homely!

The apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, very comfortable and extremely homely. The apartment is in a great location for a short walk into York near all the attractions and lots of places to eat & drink. We managed to park within the permitted area across the road and leave our car there throughout the stay which was very convenient. We’d definitely recommend the apartment for a trip to explore York.

Wonderful

This listing is really wonderful. Its close to everything you would want to see in York and easy to locate. We would definitely recommend it. The entry is a bit complicated which means it is very secure (definitely a good thing for people with computers etc) but there were codes and locks that took us a while to figure out. All good though... go and enjoy!
