The attention to detail is apparent as soon as you walkthrough the communal door. The building has been lovingly restored in recent years in a classic style with tiled floors and exquisite feature coving. Each floor can also be accessed via a lift. Apartment 8 is a very spacious 2 bedroom property. The kitchen area is kitted out with all the appliances you'd expect of a property at this level including granite work surfaces. The lounge/dining area is beautifully decorated and offers a real sense of space. The bedrooms maintains the high standards set throughout the property with high end furniture including a luxurious king size bed in each. The bathroom is fully tiled throughout and offers a bath with overhead shower. There is also an ensuite shower room adjoining one of the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has the added benefit of a small, balcony just big enough for a bistro table for two. Paid for parking is available just a few minute's walk away - please enquire for details.
