This newly converted apartment is located on the second floor of a beautiful building right at the heart of the city. Just a stone's throw from the river Ouse, it's perfectly situated for all the local attractions and amenities, whether you're celebrating, sightseeing or finishing a hard day's work.  
  
Stepping inside the apartment, guests are greeted by a small entrance hall, the perfect place to drop the bags and kick off those shoes after a long day. This leads into an open plan living, kitchen and dining area which is ideal for socialising with friends and loved ones over a delicious meal or a few glasses of fizz.  
  
The interiors of the apartment have been curated to reflect modern, stylish city living, with comfort always at the forefront. Pops of colour against crisp white walls pay homage to the vibrant diversity of the city.  
  
The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need for the duration of your stay, including all crockery and cookware, plus all the necessary appliances, such as a kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The kitchen adjoins a roomy dining area where guests can gather for a relaxing takeaway or enjoy their morning coffee.  
  
The adjacent living space invites guests to relax in front of a Smart TV, on a sumptuous sofa, which also unfolds into a double bed for two guests: ideal for couples with small children or teenagers.  
  
The master bedroom features a king size bed, decorated with soft throws and cushions and a wall mounted TV, creating the perfect haven to sink into at the end of the day. Off the hallway is a well-equipped shower room, everything you need to get ready for that evening out or to wash off the stresses of the day.  
  
Hairdryers, towels, shampoo and shower gel are all provided so there will be more room in your bag for any treats you wish to pick up during your stay.  
  
The apartment can be accessed via a lift which provides easier access for those with mobility issues, however, please note there are a couple of steps to access the building.
