About this property

44A Fishergate - a couples retreat that sleeps 3 guests in 1 bedroom

  • This ground floor apartment was fully renovated in 2025 and makes for a very comfortable stay in the city.

    It has the added bonus of allocated parking onsite for 1 car plus a small area to sit out at the front of the property.

    The living area contains a sofa bed for the occasional extra guest along with a wall mounted Smart TV and dining seating for 4. There is a separate kitchen area just off this with an oven, hob, washer/dryer etc.

    The bedroom contains a double bed and the bathroom has a free standing shower.

    The property can accommodate 1 well behaved dog.
