Need a file of up to date information in a logical format for arrival. We were met with lots of verbal information when we had only just arrived.. So we didn't take it in. We texted as planned our ETA, but didn't receive a reply and so we were worried when we arrived. Very dirty and mouldy BBQ grill which we had to clean before we could use it.
