Fantastic house near the centre of York. It had everything you could have wanted and was to a very high standard. The 2 bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathroom was really good. Lovely to have a private parking space. The price we paid was very competitive considering the price of similar accommodation in York. We would stay again but if I was paying full price I would think twice, as it's a bit expensive even for the convenience of York ( we had a reduction of almost £200 for a late booking). That was enougjt to pay. There is ample room for a family of four and in a quiet location. The decor is modern and has that freshly finished feel to it. The location is close to the city center, but on a quiet street with good facilities nearby. The owners were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. There was tea, coffee, milk and biscuits, and a bottle of wine in the kitchen for our arrival. We've stayed in York many times, but this is the best accommodation so far.
