Hill View cottage is a little gem. It is a compact, but perfectly formed, cosy retreat which was an ideal base for a few days away from the current global madness! The cottage was well equipped and had high quality finishing touches such as Denby crockery and knives, sumptuous bed linen and towels. Thoroughly recommended for a calm getaway for two. It is only a tiny little village with not much around apart from a little pub opposite the cottage. On the Saturday we got there we made full use of the spa bath which was a brilliant bonus. It is only a 10/15 minute drive to flamingo land which we went to on the Sunday. And not a far drive from Scarborough. The cottage is very clean & well looked after. The bed is soooo comfy! 100% would recommend.
