Easy to book and quick responses from Stays York. We had a problem with the boiler when we were there. Someone came out that evening although he couldn't get it going and we were without hot water for that night but a plumber arrived the next morning and resolved the problem. The bathrooms do let the property down a bit as they are very small and lack any shelves to put toiletries on but ok for a few days holiday.
