Excellent buffet and nice view
Nice hotel with friendly staff. Great buffet and hot springs facilities. Room had a few run down areas but was overall clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay at other hotels in this chain again.

While this hotel is a bit on the old side, I was extremely satisfied with my stay thanks to amazingly friendly staff, and excellent dinner n breakfast buffet. The only complaint I would have would be the bathroom which could use a renovation, but they offer a great onsen hot spring anyway so I ended up using that instead all the time. Highly recommended!

お風呂は夜中に男女入れ替えで、宿泊中に2つ入る事ができ、夕食朝食バイキングは地物の美味しい料理を筆頭に揚げ物やご飯物デザートと種類豊富ですごく楽しめます。 私が泊まった部屋は年季が入っていてとても味のある和室でした。 何といっても嬉しいのはチェックアウトがお昼の12時までという点です。 他のホテル旅館だと追加料金かかりますが、こちらはかかりません。 ゆっくり過ごせて最高の宿です。

スタッフの方の接客は素晴らしかったです。建物が古いからか清潔さはないです。部屋のトイレは流すと水漏れしていたのと、換気扇を消すとトイレの臭いが気になりました。お土産コーナーも他の口コミで多いと書いてましたが少ないと思いました。

コスパは良い!
利用者のマナーの悪さが我慢できれば、部屋は綺麗に清掃されており、食事も美味しくいただけたのでコスパは良いと思います。 感覚的には、小さな子どもを連れたファミリーや学生などのグループが利用している人たちを多く見かけました。特に夕食時のバイキングはルール無用といった感じでした。

快適に過ごせました
部屋は清潔に保たれており、快適でした。男性風呂は想像していたより、狭く、温泉宿としては意外でしたが、食事は料理の品数も多く、とても満足でした。

良い点：料理の種類が豊富でした。 悪い点：ホテル内外の老朽化で、清潔感は感じれられなかった。部屋に入室すると、すでに布団がひかれ、テーブルは部屋の隅。部屋でリラックスすることができなかった。 中海に面した風呂が目隠しのせいで、海を見ながら風呂に入ることができない。目隠しを工夫してほしい。

感染対策で大浴場の人数制限をしているので、入浴時間を予約しなければならない。駐車場が遠いのと混雜している。朝食バイキングは品数は多いが何か足りない気がする。

フロント対応が親切です。料理も値段以上に楽しめます。お風呂の時間もエントリーシートで記入して予約するのですが混雑を避けれて便利です。エレベーターも二人までや、食事会場もテーブル一つ一つパーティションがありますし、感染対策もされてまして安心しました。 お風呂場もスリッパにつけるタグもあって、人のスリッパと入れ替わることがありません。 一回には、ミニ四駆のレース会場や、漫画等、子供が喜ぶ雰囲気がたくさんあり、子供連れにはとても良いです。

やっぱり鳥取は好き！
温泉は入れ替え時間以外はほぼ入浴できるので4.5回入りました。潮の香りが心地よく温度も最適で、平日だったからか人も少なく貸し切り状態でした。 部屋からは日本海が見えてずっと波の音を聞きながら過ごしました。 残念だったのは3階からはエアコンが止めてたので部屋に戻る時は暑かったです。 それと、部屋はかなり古く所々足元が沈んでました💦 が、しかし全体的にはお値段の割には充分だったと思います。

清掃はきちんとされているのですが、建物が古く　どうしても清潔感が薄れます。フロント、売店、清掃のスタッフはとても気持ち良く接してくれます。特にレストランのスタッフは、夕食時　「写真撮影します」とテーブルを回ってくれました。子供が食器を返却しようとしたら、すぐに来て受け取ってくれました。サービスはとてもいいと思います。

お風呂があまりにも残念
温泉を楽しみにこちらにしましたが、せっかく海が目の前という立地なのにお風呂が良くなくてがっかりしました。岩風呂の方はカビっぽいし。。貸切風呂なら！と思い入ってみましたが、こちらも海も見えず露天もなく…。せめて貸切風呂は値段を上げてでも快適なものにしたら良いのに。部屋のトイレお風呂が相当古くて臭く、それでも大風呂が良ければ部屋は気にしないけれど、、お部屋から海が見えて気持ち良かったですが、それなら他の宿でも見えるし、湯快という冠がある施設でメインのはずのお風呂があれではまた行こう！とは思えませんでした。

有別於一般的一泊二食，彩朝樂提供的是all you can eat（任食），早晚兩餐的食物選擇繁多，捧腹滿足而去。同是位於皆生溫泉區，交通方便，鄰近就是海水浴場，天氣好的話可以看到日本海潮夕漲退。JR站的觀光案內所亦提供行李宅配服務，很簡單方便就可以配送行李到酒店。員工親切友善，會主動協助你。非常好的住宿點。
